Thanks for your reply, it is was a pleasant surprise to
receive such a nice email from a supplier, I feel its all
too easy for customers to complain about bad service and
not to commend companies when a more than proficient service
has been provided.
As a Procurement Manager I deal with hundreds of suppliers
all day and I hope, one day they will achieve the level
of service you provide!! Well I can only live in hope!!
